I am also 5 weeks today and here and there I will have mild cramping it a slight cramp on one side or the other. It last seconds and is fine. I have no abnormal discharge or other alarming symptoms. It happens...lots of changes are happening to your body on the inside even if the outside doesn't show it yet.

I was worried as well as I have been having cramping but just had blood test this morning and my hcg is 1825 and I'm 4 weeks 3 days pregnant, so all is going good.

Same thing is happening to me. As long as they are mild and not severely painful it's normal. It's actually a good thing, it's a sign that baby is growing normally!
