When did y’all start to show?

Hey all! was wondering when did y’all start showing with your first baby or able to like “feel your uterus”?? 😊

This is my first pregnancy and I’m 14 weeks 5 days. I’ve read that you can feel your uterus(it feels like a hard ball above pubic bone) at this time but I don’t feel anything. At 12 weeks it looked like I was starting to show but a week later that went away and I just look normal now...a friend of mine was most definitely showing when she was 13-14 weeks with her first...granted she is much smaller than me...just wondering if it can be normal to not be showing or starting to show yet.
