Took her to the doctors office & they told me it was a virus, they never said what virus just to give her fluids to keep her hydrated

Did any of the foods you gave your baby contain dairy or another common allergen? This is what my daughters poops looked like when she was diagnosed with a dairy intolerance. But it could also be from teething or fighting off a cold or virus

If she’s eating more solids the poop should look more like adult poop. This might be an allergic reaction or maybe she’s sick?
