Goals for next cycle
Welp AF showed up today as ugly as ever on CD 37. I was almost certain this would be my month. Af later than it has ever been. After the moments of disappointment came a sense of relief as I am a daily tobacco smoker. So with that said today is my LAST day smoking. Doing this next cycle RIGHT!!!!
