Can you use a normal thermometer to check bbt? Or does it have to be an actual bbt thermometer?

As been checking my temp and it's been up and down a bit but that's with normal thermometer??

Answer

It's easier to see a pattern with a bbt thermometer. I've seen people get clear patterns without but it's recommended to get a proper one.
