High sex drive and fire crotch

I am 17 weeks pregnant and horny af!! I want to have sex like every day. However, for whatever reason, I’m not getting wet like normal and we’ve had to start using lube for vaginal sex. Even with the lube and starting slow, using foreplay, etc. when we’re done and I have to pee... it burns like crazy!!! It doesn’t burn when he cums and if I just hold it and wait to pee for an hour or so it doesn’t hurt but if I pee right after, which is usually what I need to do, it burns so bad! Now my husband doesn’t want to have sex with me because he’s afraid he’s gonna hurt me 😭😭
