I just miscarried in the 21st why am I ovulating so soon after the face is solid.

I miscarried middle of last month and am currently pregnant again, with so far a promising pregnancy. (No idea how far along due to this covid quarantine) I've heard that you're extremely fertile after having a miscarriage.

I miscarried on March 9th and was ovulating by  the 19th and I stated trying my doctor said wait a cycle but I haven’t bled since the 12th so I’m trying it’s been 3 wks still no cycle
