Would you be mad?

Max is my boyfriends dog but I take him out because I love Max. Well every three or four hours is when we agreed to take max out. I took Max out 5 or 6. It’s 9. Max peed on our kitchen carpet so I tell my bf and he says I’ll be there in a second. Two minutes go by he’s in a game. He finds the pee and goes to the bathroom instead of taking Max out or cleaning it. So i clean it. Max literally diarrhead all over the carpet and I had to take him out. I prefer not to at night. So my bf blames the dog because he didn’t take him out and says I ruined the night goes back in his game room after cleaning the poop and that’s it. I took him out all day and instead of him taking him out when he saw that he had peed he just walked away and went to the bathroom.
