My parents used to have me do ours when I was growing up cause they hated it lol so I remember it pretty well. I do not remember it having YOUR RESPONSE IS REQUIRED BY LAW on the envelope though that seemed so agressive to me when we got it this year 😂😂

In 2010, they still had people knocking on your door, not sure if this is every state now but in my state they no longer do that and it’s electronic only.

I dont think every single household gets one. Like 50% might get a paper and the other 50% a person comes and talks to you.(that was my mom's job to go see people in person)
