Nope! Better a rested happy baby then a grumpy tired one.
Is it bad that my 7 month old can barely stay up 2.5 hours for wake time between naps?
It's making me a little concerned. She sleeps through the night but she can barely stay up for 2.5 hours at a time during the day so she ends up taking about 3 naps. Is this normal? Thanks!

3 naps is normal! I think most babies drop their third name between 6-9 months, so theres still plenty of time. How much sleep is your baby getting at night? I had to play with my sons sleep/ nap schedule. For the most part he is on 2 naps with an earlier bedtime, but occasionally (like today) he woke up early so we are doing 3 naps! I do notice though when he wakes more during the night his wake windows are a lot shorter than when he has a good night sleep. Is your baby sleep trained? Is there a lot of wake ups?

She usually gets around 11-12 hours of sleep a night and rarely wakes up! She usually only wakes up if she can't find her pacifier herself but other than that she is actually a really great sleeper now. I have been considering dropping to an earlier bedtime and trying to do only 2 naps but she tends to wake up at 6:30 on the dot every morning so it's hard for her to get through the day. Thank you so much! That helps a lot :)
