12 dpo going crazy lol

With my first daughter I found out at 3 weeks pregnant I craved sweets my boobs hurt I peed alot my boobs grew and the areolas got dark and I had creamy cm I have all those symptoms now I'm 12 dpo but still no positive test did any of you mamas get a bfp after af was supose to come? Should I give up home should I continue to test every day I'm developing line eyes bad I want it so bad but it's also a anxiety inducing time to concieve any input for this mama
