Forceful letdown
Pleeeeease help! What do I do about a forceful letdown?? My LO nurses fine on my right, but the past 2 mornings when my left is full, my letdown is so much that he chugs away for about 5 minutes, then unlatches and projectile spits up all over himself and the bed. After that, he doesn't want to nurse anymore, which I understand, because his tummy is probably upset.
