Painful nipples

I really need support and advice.

I would of gone to a hospital support group if we weren’t staying home at this point. I have times where I breastfeed and it feels so good and then other times randomly, like today, my Nipples hurt so badly I screamed at one point. I do not want to quit and it’s been going so well. I have nipple shields and I use but I need relief😢
