I’m 15 and super self-conscious about my boobs. I’m a 36a and I feel like I’ve been the same size since 5th grade. I’m in 10th grade now. I was wondering if anyone could maybe give me some hope

Your breasts can continue to grow in to your early 20s so they can definitely still get bigger. Do you look more like your mom or dad? Look at the women on that side of the family and that will give you an idea of what size you’ll be. I feel your pain though. I’m 14 and proud member of the itty bitty tittle committee

18 is like the technical age they stop growing. But you can look up some workouts to help build the muscle around the area, that gives you bigger boobs.

They’ll probably grow at least one size within a couple years, you could also eat foods high in estrogen to help.
But honestly, not a lot of people care about breast size... boobs are boobs 🤷🏼‍♀️
