Pregnant but testing negative?

How common is it to test negative on the first day of your suspected period, but still be pregnant? Anyone experience this?

If you know when you ovulated then you should have a positive by now. But only 1 day isn’t really late yet. Give it a few days and retest if AF still hasn’t shown.

Positive tests start showing up 10-12 days after ovulation. So really when you ovulated matters more than when your period was due

Honestly if you're only one day late it's a 50/50. I wouldn't make any appointments until you've actually missed your period.

I haven't personally but I know someone who did. You can try getting a blood test if you continue to not have a period
