Would you/are you having a coed baby shower?

Considering having a family only shower (to appease my mom) and another for friends. Thinking maybe a coed one would be the way to go as we want to share the love with everyone.

Personally I never understood female only baby showers they just reinforce the idea that women take care of babies while men don’t

I love the idea of a big family/friends shower!
The more people the better to celebrate with me :)
My husbands guy friends and my girls significant others are just as important to us! 
We will most likely have a huge bbq/shower when the time comes :)

We had one and it was an absolute blast! I am not a fan of traditional showers.

We’ve only ever had co Ed showers. I’ve been to 1 female only and boy that was not fun

It was THE MOST FUN. My husbands friends came and my dad. I think it would have been boring if it were just the women. None of my friends were able to come. The guys kept joking about stupid stuff and everybody was laughing. It was great. Honestly just look at my husband😂 having the time of his life

We were trying to keep our shower small enough we could fit it in the house so we had planned ladies only. Now that we’re having to put it off until summer we’re totally going coed

My friends rented the same hall and had the shower in one room and the guys did a diaper party in another room where the guys had a few beers and got entered into a raffle if they brought diapers, it was fun! Everyone hopped back and forth and visited and stuff too

We did girls only but that's partly because my husband isn't very social so it's not like he had a ton of friends to invite...and any make family members are quite a bit older and more "traditional" and probably wouldn't have come anyways
