What time is a good bed time for a 3.5 year old?

Depends on a few things. What time does the kiddo wake up? Does kiddo still take naps? When and for how long?

My kids no matter what time they go to bed, wake up at 7am or earlier. 
Our kids 2 & 3yrs go to bed at 8 during the winter and ad it stays lighter we push it to 8:30.

Depends on when you want them up. Before lockdown when we were going to work and school, my 3 year old woke at 6:30-7 every day, took a 2 hour nap and was in bed at 7:30-8. Now, he wakes up at 7:30-8, still takes a 2 hour nap so bedtime is pushed to 8:30-9.

my soon to be 3 yr old naps at 2pm & bedtime is 8:30-9pm . 8:30 on good days though lol

My son is 2.5 but for the last like idk year & half, maybe more like almost 2 years he’s always been 8pm-8am. Then adjusted his naps. He recently just dropped his nap because he was fighting bed time & he doesn’t really seem to need it during most days, obviously if he’s really tired mid day he can take one

My 3.5yo’s bedtime is 10pm. He wakes at 8am and naps 1:30-3:30.

My 4 year old is in bed by 9. But 95% of the time she doesn’t fall asleep until 10:30 or so.... she just lays in bed singing and stuff lol

It really depends on what works best for you & your child.
I have a 2.5 year old & if I let her fall asleep any time before 8pm she’s awake ready for the day at midnight-1am & won’t go back to sleep until the sun comes up. Doesn’t matter if it’s 7:59pm - it HAS to be after 8pm.
She usually wakes up around 8am, has a 1.5 hour nap anywhere between 12-2pm & sleeps no later than 4pm. Same issue, if she sleeps even a minute past 4pm she won’t fall asleep until midnight. It’s bizarre.
