What should i do?

So i had a beautiful baby girl 7months ago and sex is not really a regular thing but when it dose i have pelvic pain and discharge is yellow? Im taking ibuprofen for the pain but not sure if it's because i haven't done it in awhile??..but im scared and my doctor is not available at this time and im afraid of the ER because of all the sick people there. Should I just go or wait it out?
