Blue veins in boobs more visable than normal- 14dpo was supposed to start period today and haven’t yet.

I’ve never noticed veins on my boobs before, I was supposed to start my period today have haven’t and I don’t feel like I’m going to start. I haven’t tested cause I don’t want it to be negative. Is this a sign of pregnancy or is it normal before your period?
