Postpartum check up
So because of this pandemic I never got my postpartum check up. I had so many questions and didn’t get any of the answers because I only got to talk to the nurse and this nurse basically said she couldn’t answer my questions “I wouldn’t be able to give you exact information until I talk to the doctor” was her answer to all the questions I had. I hope someone here can answer some of my questions and sorry if they sound silly but it’s my first baby and I’m kinda clueless even though I research and read my birthing book.
1. What exercise can I start with after a csection?
I like running and hiking to get back into shape but she couldn’t tell me if I’m okay to even try them.
2.Is pelvic pain normal? Like a soreness in the vaginal area that feel like If my vagina was tight and sore it happens almost daily in like a cramp manner sometimes it throbs or feels like a stabbing pain.
3. Is random high temperatures normal? I’ll have random days where I’ll have all these symptoms (high fever, chills, sweating, muscle soreness, headaches) it will happen one day and the next day I’ll feel better like nothing happened.
4. Girdles/Body Shapers? Are they bad or okay to wear once the scar is healed.
