babies. I’m 29+2 currently.

Has anyone gotten hemorrhoids during pregnancy? I know it’s a common symptom. I had some rectal bleeding after birth caused by anal fissures and hemorrhoids with my first in 2/2019. They were pretty painful. I did not have them during pregnancy that time but I’ve been noticing painful/very large bowel movements and blood on the toilet paper for quite a few weeks now but not really in the toilet bowl until tonight and now I’m freaked out. I take prenatal vitamins and baby aspirin prescribed by my doctor. But I don’t have preeclampsia and I’m not at risk so not sure exactly why I take the aspirin. Could the aspirin be the problem? I have an appointment Wednesday already so I’ll address it then. Just wondering if it’s only me?
