*This is a long story but I would appreciate some feedback on maybe what to do and your opinions on this*. So, when I was 16, I got a message request on Facebook from a guy who was 25. He tried to sweeten me up by calling me beautiful, pretty, and all that... He became overall obsessed. He then started sending me nude videos and photos of himself jerking off. I made him aware that I was 16 and his reply was “It’s fine, it isn’t like we’re doing anything bad”. I blocked him and he kept on sending me these message requests on Facebook by making different accounts. It wasn’t only Facebook, it was also Snapchat. He would sorta go away for a few months and come back again. He wants to meet me and he asked me to be his girlfriend. He also said “my mum thinks we would look good together” I asked him if he actually told his mom that he was harassing a 16 year old and he said “I’m kidding, I didn’t tell her.” He also calls me babe and stuff.. It makes me feel weird. I’m 20 now and the last message I got from him was about 2 weeks ago. I went to message him back because I wanted to tell him how serious I was about going to the police and I noticed the chat disappeared.. So I don’t know if he deleted the chat himself or Facebook just banned a false profile. This has been going on for 4 years on and off. This guy is a lawyer which makes it fucked up because of the dirty messages/videos/pictures he was sending. (Age of Consent in Ireland is 17 years old). It isn’t the first time I threatened him about going to the police but he actually doesn’t seem to grasp the fact that what he’s doing is wrong.
