Young and big

So I’m 17 years old. I know it’s young however I want to loose weight. I’ve always been a big girl growing up I can never remember a time I was skinny so of course I’ve been bullied most of my life but I never paid much attention to what anyone has to say and I never will. However I’m finding it very hard not to indulge my self in food or exercise. I’m from a multi-cultural back ground and living out of the country and where I am we have a garden but girls don’t go out, we mainly stay in the home and going for walks is pretty dangerous so we don’t go. I’m just wondering how do I loose weight what are things that I can do to help me get in shape. im 5’1 and 187lbs so very overweight my bmi is way over 30 and I’m struggling to loose weight.

The reason I want to loose weight is:

Not to become a diabetic (runs in the family)

Be able to wear nicer clothes not size 18/20uk and actually look nice in them maybe even show off some skin

I’m also worrying that if I do get pregnant ( I’m an over thinker) like would I get a pregnancy belly how fat am i going to become because I already have a big belly, what complications would I face.

Overall I just want tips on loosing weight safely and effectively where I can look smart and be able to eat what u like without having second thoughts

It would be really helpful if you could help me with tips as I really believe I would help me both physically and mentally.
