8 weeks, should I be worried?

I am currently 8 weeks pregnant today.
When I used the restroom I noticed two tiny dots of red blood on the toilet paper.
I have a message into my doctor, but has anyone had this happen and been fine?
I am now so worried. 😔

I had very minimal bleeding and cramping for a day at 6wks and spent the day in the ER. It’s a subchorionic hemorrhage that I still have. Classified as a threatened miscarriage but thankfully at 10wks now, baby looks perfect with 164hr.

Don't panic! I had the same thing at around 10 weeks. Ended up being diagnosed with a UTI, got some antibiotics, and was fine. Now this little guy is kicking me all the time at 26 weeks.
