5 weeks pregnant need help

I’m currently 5 wks 3 days (first pregnancy). All I want to do is SLEEP! I’m dead beat tired! I’m so fatigue that I sometimes have to remind myself that I’m a work and hold onto something, I cant even concentrate. I forget so easily now where I left something or what I have to do. I work as a full time nanny for 2 crazy energetic boys. They do school from home due to COVID 19. I don’t get enough rest in because when I want to take a nap I can’t because I’m at work.Do I quit & focus on my baby and myself or do I tough it out?
