I’ve had ewcm, wetness and cramping sharp twinges for about 5 days now starting on cycle day 13. I’m not supposed to ovulate til cycle day 19 which is 2 days from now. Did I ovulate sooner or what? Please help!

I usually have ovulation pain. But this time it’s painful and lasting longer than usual. We had sex on cycle day 11. But my apps say I’m not supposed to ovulate til cycle day 18 or 19.
