Getting in shape.

After being a athlete for so long and I just stopped all sports for a few years even exercising due to work and going through a divorce, I want to get back in shape like never before. I was 271 this morning and would like to see 225 again. I need to start from the bottom I still can bench press 350 but I want to be able to do more dips and pull ups now. Any advice, one other problem is I am now happily married and some of this his happy weight..
