Spotting TWICE before period with pregnancy symptoms

Hey! Last week (10 days after possible conception + 6 days after ovulation) i experienced cramping then spotting once when i wiped. I thought this was implantation bleeding but today (one day before period) i am spotting but nothing more & i don’t normally spot before my period. I have other pregnancy symptoms like cm changes + fatigue + mood swings + sense of smell + heavy bloated abdomen + sore tailbone + bleeding gums etc. ALL making me think i am pregnant. Is it possible to have spotting like this and be pregnant?

So far got a BFN but it’s still before my period so IDK! Help!
