Its not eczema it is Keratosis Pilaris, hydrocortisone over the counter usually helps but also may not.

I have it, I made a scrub and after using for a month it is almost gone. 2 cups white sugar 1/4 cup coconut oil. You can add a little more coconut oil if you don’t find it soft enough. So in the shower make sure your hands are a little wet ,massage arms, not being rough then rinse off. This is always my last step in shower. Then if you want to go the extra step put a little coconut oil on arms once out of shower.

It’s egzema. It goes away in some people and in others never does. U can get ointment at dermatologist office.
