Decreased fetal movement

I’m exactly 24 weeks, and I haven’t felt my baby move since this morning around 7am... should I go to triage?

I had a virtual visit with my doctor today, she was concerned about the Braxton Hicks that I’ve been having lately or if I experience any bleeding.

Right now that I’m laying down I noticed that I haven’t felt any movement at all since this morning. I’ve tried switching positions even laying on my stomach cause she tends to kick more if I do and I didn’t feel anything.. I have a previous loss at 21 weeks so I’m a little concerned.

I also have an anterior placenta......

Help???

I’m having no pain, no leaking, no bleeding. I had a ‘heavy’ dinner so I feel my guts moving around more but no baby movement
