Scared of labor!!
So im only 16+3, but I'm all terrified of giving birth. Ladies who have been through it, do you have any advice? What should I do for the remainder of my pregnancy that might make it easier on me? What should I do when it happens?
I'm so scared because I'm also terrified to get the epidural so I feel like I'm gonna be a nervous wreck.
