I get this fluttering/rolling feeling on each side of my pubic bone? What is it?

Yes, I told my doctor today it feels like she’s about to crawl out lol. It almost feels it’s in my vagina now. She said babies are much bigger now, and they are sitting right there so of course now when they move it’s going to be more distinct and seem like they’re in position to just fall out because of the pressure.
