Baby won’t stop kicking all night

So my LO is 8 weeks old and we are not swaddling because she’s rolling over and has been for a while so our pediatrician recommended not to, to be safest. At night she will fall asleep in my arms or dream feed asleep but then as soon as we lay her down she’s flailing and kicking nonstop!! It lasted two hours last night! She’s exhausted and if I pick her up she immediately falls asleep again but I can’t sleep holding her and need to figure out what to do.

Any ideas?! We are desperate and sleepless.

And I should have prefaced it’s by saying she’s always fed and changed before putting her down so it’s not hunger or a wet diaper. Sometimes I think she’s struggling to poop but still not sure what to do about it.
