Lazy people

I live in a house of 7 people, 3 of us don't work, my husband watches our son but his seasonal job will be starting soon, my brother can't work due to a.disability, and of course my son is only 1, I quit my job 3 weeks ago due to extreme bullying and depression I had expirenced there, and am currently looking for a new job, its like for the last 3 years I have been the only one cleaning the house, my brother takes the trash out every couple weeks, my husband helps me with the dishes every now and then, but my sister and her boyfriend up until about a month ago only would clean the house 1 day a month, they say they don't have to because they work. I don't understand that all. Even when I was working I was still the only one cleaning. A few times I got fed up and didn't clean and then we got mold and maggots in our kitchen so I broke down and started cleaning again, me and my sister got in a big argument because I took a video of the house before and after I cleaned it stating that I had cleaned the hoise 2 days prior and it was already filthy, and that i live with lazy people. And she went off on me saying that I just let my son run around the house making a mess throwing things on the floor without cleaning up after him and that after working all morning she's not going to come home to clean up after more people, i just don't understand how that works. She will lives here she needs to help clean, she continues to the mess, so she should help. But she doesn't see it that way, and its been like this ever since she moved back home 3 years ago. Am I overreacting or am I in the right on this? And this is also my dads house so unfortunately I can't just kick them out
