What time did you set as a bedtime?

I seriously don't understand how you guys do these early bedtimes 😭 my son just recently started finally falling asleep around 10:30. Before that it was normal for him to not fall asleep until 1 am and I thought I was going to die!

Start bedtime routine around 8:15/8:30, in bed at 9

It’s always before 9 but really depends how the day went

It used to be 7 but we are transitioning from 3 naps to 2 and lately he’s been needing to go to bed closer to 6:15. I’m guessing once we’ve got our two nap schedule all sorted out bedtime will go back to 7. He is 7 months and 1 week.

6:45 - 7:30 depending on last nap

Bath time starts at 7:45pm and hopefully in bed by 8:30pm. We tried earlier but she’s a late bird and wakes up by 9:30pm when we tried to get her in by 7pm.
