For those of your who are nursing and have started getting your period again, did it start back up regularly or did you get it once and then it sort of stopped again and then start back up randomly?

I finally started last month and it’s now that time of month again and..... nothing. 🤨 I’m still having cramping and just feel like poo but no aunt flow. Took a pregnancy test and it was negative so I’m just over here thinking maybe it’s just going to be hit or miss for a while.🤷🏼‍♀️ 😫
