Does anybody prefer a c-section above a vaginal birth? If yes can you comment why please.

I wanted a vaginal birth more than anything. Having an emergency c section made me feel like my body was a failure. It hurt for weeks and I still can't do what I used to do. 
I still have days I feel like my body failed.  But then I look at my daughters face and I am happy I have a baby so perfect.

I'm so nervous that I will have to do a c section with my twins. I only every wanted two children so this will be my only pregnancy and I don't know why but I want to experience labor and giving birth. It will be my only chance to. But in the end of I need to I will do what I just for these babies and will just be glad they are safe.

Does anybody prefer a c-section above a vaginal birth? If yes can you comment why please.
