Get puffy and fuzzy when I brush it? Even when I cut it. What products do I need to use ? What kind of shampoo?

oh try shea moisture you might have a curl or wave pattern that isnt doing to well on regular shampoo brush your hair before showering and when youre drying your hair try scrunching it up to dry it instead. try not to brush it once its try as this can cause breakage and that fluffy look [=
