Best day to conceive?

If you ladies were tracking, what day did you have sex (if not multiple) when you conceived?

When I got pregnant with my son (second child) it was day of ovulation, and with my third pregnancy and second girl I had to have ovulated earlier then I was supposed to so I “conceived” 3-4 days after sex. (she was a surprise and that was the only explanation) if that makes sense.

I had sex the day before ovulation and the day of ovulation and I’m now 13 weeks! I conceived the day before ovulation going by my due date!

I had sex about a week after my period and got pregnant. Which really surprised me because glow said it was no where near my ovulation.

I had sex the day before, day of, & 3 days after ovulation. I’m currently 5w+6d!
