does anyone know what to do to help with anxiety ?
i get super anxious and my parents don’t really take it seriously. i used to go to counseling but i don’t anymore. anyways my anxiety has come back and i cant sleep and can barely be home alone without locking myself in the bathroom because i always feel like someone is in the house even when i know there isn’t. all the windows and doors are locked and i love in a pretty safe area. i always listen to music but that never helps. i used to do journaling but that didn’t do much either. anyways currently locked in the bathroom. any advice?
