Skin tags ... anyone else had loads appear?

I’ve been researching as I have had lots of tiny skin tags on my neck and chest suddenly show up... apparently it’s hormones ?! 
Anyone else have this issue??

Yes! I have them on my aereolas. I sent a picture to my bestfriend asking if it was normal and she said it is, she had the same thing.
