noticed this lump on my breast when i raise my arm, the other is not like this. also 16 weeks pregnant. it doesn’t hurt it’s mostly hard

when i put my arm down i don’t notice it

Does it move when you touch it? If it’s mobile it could be fibrous tissue that just got brought up to the surface with your breasts getting larger.

If it feels tender, it's likely a cyst or from your breast tissue developing. If it's cancerous, it tends to not feel tender when touched, and it will stay for a couple months.
