Membrane strip at 40weeks. Yes or No?
Next Tuesday I will be 40weeks pregnant. My previous pregnancy, 2 years ago, I had to be induced due to my waters breaking and nothing haplening after more than 24h. My body wasn't ready so it was a long go, with a deep episiotomy that still hurts today.
So this time I hope my body will naturally go into labor. But I don't want to go past 41weeks.
Should I ask the midwife for a membrane strip on my 40 week appointment or will just lead to an induced labor if it works?
