Stopped breastfeeding... help!

I haven’t breastfed in a week! Today my boobs feel like they’re literally going to busts! I’ve been using ibuprofen and cabbage but today nothing helping. I’m on a strong antibiotic for a kidney infection so I don’t think it’s safe to feed baby for relief... please help!
