My son was EBF for the first three months but I just started supplementing him with formula because I can't pump enough at work to keep up with my hungry little man. My pediatrician recommended the Enfamil Infant formula or its equivalent generic so we use the CVS brand. The directions state that it has to be mixed with warm water but is this really necessary? What if I'm out somewhere and can't warm the water up? I know this may seem like a really silly question but I'm a FTM and just want to do the best for my baby!
