Need your opinion

I understand that touching someone inappropriate way that is form of rape but if you call cps on someone shouldnt they tell them the truth and not just say rape?

Back story

My older brother use to touch and watch me get charged my family did nothing about it and she even told me it was my fault I was 11 he stopped when I was 12 or 13!

What's going on now

My friend calling cps my brother and the baby mama (she has two little girls) she doesnt trust him with the girls and I dont blame her I dont either but told cps that he raped me and my mom denying it happened for years what she said not its not all lies but it's not all true either
