I think we need a little more detail/description. This sounds like two different questions about two different things. You shouldn’t have white bumps on your vagina. If you do, it could be ingrown hairs from shaving. If they hurt or are in clusters, you need to go get checked. If your vagina has creamy white discharge, as long as it doesn’t smell/look yellow/ or look chunky, it’s normal. Just a part of your cycle.
