Implantation after bfp??

Question

Can implantation happen after BFP or does implantation have to occur first to get a BFP? 
Today my period is due and I’m having really bad cramps that feel like AF but a little worse and not constant. They come and go but I got my bfp 4 days ago and today too. (Not having any spotting)

Implantation occurs before you get a positive, BUT cramping like that can be totally normal. With my last pregnancy with my twins I got 2 or 3 positive tests before my missed period, and then right around when my period would have been due, I had period like cramping AND bleeding. I was sure I was miscarrying but my levels kept rising and 2 weeks later we saw the little beans with heartbeats😊 Stay calm, if you start experiencing any bleeding then let your doctor know but bleeding can happen quite often as well. I have been having period like cramps (not near as bad as normal) on and off since before I got my BFP. still in disbelief I'm even pregnant cause the cramps feel other wise...

the hcg hormone rises after implantation, so to get a BFP, implantation would already have had to occur 🥰🎉 congratulations!
