Leg cramping?

Any mama's having leg cramps and what are you doing to help with the pain?

Had my first killer leg cramp last night and had to jump out of bed. I find if I eat 5 walnuts for 5 days I don't get any muscle cramps for months. I used to have to eat walnut regularly when I played semi pro basketball and worked a charm back then.

drinking a lot of water and stretching my legs at night before sleeping or nice warm bath. because i was getting them a lot and they hurt lol
