According to my app I’m supposed to ovulate in 4 days and my lines are still light.. should they be darker by now?

Normal. Lh flucuates. Opks dont tend to line progress.

It’s normal. It can be light and turn positive in a few hours

They don’t tend to follow a progression like pregnancy tests. It can change in two hours two days or two weeks. 
Keep testing 2/3 times a day and if you are ovulating you should catch your peak, also bbt alongside to actually confirm if you have or not as opks only show a surge and not ever surge ends in ovulation
